Over the Easter Weekend: First grillage successfully relocated

During the Easter weekend, we successfully carried out the relocation of the first of four grillages at the construction facility of Wimorost in Moerdijk, moving it from the fabrication hall.

The grillage measured 47.9 meters in length and weighed 264 tons, making this a complex and carefully coordinated operation. With limited space and high precision requirements, the right equipment and preparation were essential. For this project, we used SPMTs (10 axle lines) combined with a PPU, ensuring a smooth and efficient execution.

This is the first step in the project, with all four grillages to be moved to the quay in the next phase.

A successful operation made possible through teamwork and cooperation. We would like to thank Wimorost for their trust and collaboration. 💪

Looking forward to the next challenge ahead!
